Our family business started out as a tradition: making sausage with loved ones during the holiday season and special events. The passion for the art of sausage making, as well as a desire from the community, gave way to the opening of Furnari Sausage Company in 2007. Not much after, FSC joined the membership of Redding Farmers Markets, and we haven't looked back since. Weather permitting, we show up with our best effort to serve!
