As a kid, Mark started making tacos and salsa after school. What began as a hobby turned into a hit at potlucks and parties, and by 2022 he made it official. Today, Mark's Salsa is a growing local brand sold at markets, stores, and events all over Shasta County. Mark dedicates a lot of time to the business to ensure a quality product.
